It depends on the ozone generator technology. If it is a "Corona Arc" type device, it is powered by fairly high 110-220V AC current. If it is an electrolytic ozone generator, or "EO3" ozone generator, they are very low power devices that typically run on 12V or less DC current. An example of the EO3 type generator can be found on the Roving Blue company website.
