We try to check the survey responses collected about our electrolytic ozone products at least once a day. (They are generated by an outside company but we don't get emails when someone finishes) But we're human and sometimes we don't, if you are very eager to purchase right away, a real quick way to get it is to send us an email that you completed the survey. You will get the code right away. We are not open evenings or on the weekends, but responses received during those times will get the code the next business day. Cheers!
