The Ozo-Pen would work for a Liter Nalgene bottle, but it is not ideal. You would have to run it for 3 minutes total, which would require pressing the :40 second treatment button 6 times. If you want to work with a Nalgene bottle, we designed the GO-3 specifically for that job, and that is one 3 minute cycle.
